   This Privacy Policy defines the rules for using the «Topohub.kz» website (hereinafter — the “Website”).
   The owner of the Website is LLP «Corporation Liter», legal address: Kaskelen, Tole bi st. 50/1.
   Cartographic activity license: No. 00241008 dated 25.01.2010, issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Resources Management.

2. Terms and definitions

   • Company — the legal entity LLP «Corporation Liter», the owner of the Website.
   • User — an individual or legal entity using the Website and its resources.
   • Personal data — any information directly or indirectly related to an identified User.

3. Data collection and use

   The Company may collect and use the date and time of visits, browser parameters, IP address, and other User data necessary for diagnosing Website operation. No User data is provided to third parties.

4. Message distribution

   The Company may send informational messages to the User. The User may opt out by sending a notification to site-topohub@yandex.kz with the subject “Unsubscribe”.

5. Publication of cartographic information

   In accordance with the valid license, the Company may publish cartographic information in open access and guarantees that the published data does not contain Users’ personal data.
